    【摘要】目的：观察超声显像对腹水患者胆囊壁的改变来探讨腹水的性质。方法： 对明确诊断为肝硬化腹水患者100例和结核性腹膜炎腹水患者35例，分别观察二者胆囊壁的超声显像情况。结果：肝硬化腹水患者96%(96/100)胆囊壁显著增厚，结核性腹膜炎腹水患者仅5.7%(2/35)胆囊壁模糊，二者比较差异有高度显著性(P<0.01(u=10.380)。结论：采用B超观察腹水患者胆囊壁的回声特征，结合肝脾图像，对鉴别肝硬化腹水和结核性腹水具有较大的临床价值。
